Every man is responsible for the souls of those of His family

I had a vision, whereby the angel of the Lord appeared to me and started giving me lecture on marriage. He spoke these words as he was reading from Eph 5. He read along the whole chapter while relating to marriage and the role of a man to his wife as that of Christ to His body - the church.

The angel said:

"Every man is responsible for the spiritual growth of his wife.

"Every man must tip up whatever he does with the word of God. That is, he must not do anything outside God's word, but must be covered by the word.

"Every man must replace his worldly jokes with the word of God.

"No man should covert or lust after other women, but must have only their wife in heart and mind.

"Just as Christ never fails the church, so must every man to his promises to his wife.

"Christ nourishes the church with love in His word, so must every man feed their wife with the bread of life, each morning for the day, and each evening for the night.

"Every man must learn to give thanks to God through Christ Jesus, all the time, for 'all things'; and his Children and his wife will follow

"Every man must pray for his wife, just as Christ pleads for the church to the Father. This does not stop women from praying, but everyone must pray as the Spirit of God instructs.

"Every man must not entertain anything which is not of God, and must teach his children the same. Then his family will be filled with grace and the passion of God.

"Every man must love his wife just as he loves himself. He is responsible for the well-being and happiness of his wife. Then automatically, the wife will submit as she should.

"Love, just like diamonds, shines in all its sides. It glitters from the inside. It is transparent, hiding nothing in itself; so must every man be to his wife - he must love her in all ways, from his heart within, to his deeds outside. He must not hide anything but be transparent proving the light of his love. For love is light; it shines through all corners of darkness exposing anything unclean.

"The love a man gives to his wife reflects back to him in glory. It becomes to him, endless treasure of gold and unknown precious stones - the precious wealth known only by the heart and spirit.

"The joy of the family comes from the Lord; every man must teach his family to love the Lord.

"Every man will be held responsible for every teardrop of his wife in his account, when the Lord appears. For it was him to whom the Lord entrusted the soul of his wife and children.

Then the angel of the Lord turned to John 15, and read and also related it to marriage, saying:

"No man can be able to correctly lead his family if he is not in Christ.

"Any man who is in Christ, and Christ in him, walks in Christ and listens to Christ as He is teaching him His ways."

The angel of the Lord closed the book and lifted his head towards heaven, and flew up!
